With a proven track record of building, managing, and divesting a thriving SaaS business in proactive environmental and operational management, Jon specializes in helping companies overcome challenges, optimize operations, and achieve sustainable growth.
Before venturing into environmental management, Jon served honorably in the United States Navy and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, later becoming a licensed Professional Engineer. Alongside his wife Kathryn, he co-founded the JMM Educational Foundation for Wounded Heroes, supporting U.S. military veterans.

Chris, as CFO, brings over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of scaling private equity-backed software and services businesses. Most recently, he spent 15 years as CFO of an environmental software company, driving strategic growth and securing significant investments.
During his tenure, Chris guided the company through key phases of development, enhancing financial performance and ensuring sustainable growth. His expertise in financial planning and operational efficiency has been instrumental in achieving long-term success.

Dina Casillas serves as Corporate Controller at SoCo Management Group, overseeing financial operations including budgeting, reporting, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll. She also supports HR functions such as recruitment and benefits administration.
Previously, Dina was Office Manager and HR Director at JMM Global, where she managed finance and HR during the company’s national expansion.
With over 25 years of experience in business management, she has worked across multiple industries, including restaurant and field services. Dina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.

Eric Nordstrom brings over 20 years of customer success expertise, with a focus on the fuel industry since 2009. At JMM Global, he led transformative strategies that elevated customer satisfaction and retention. Following JMM Global's acquisition by Titan Cloud Software in 2019, Eric played a key role in driving customer-centric initiatives that fueled company growth.
Now at SoCo Management Group, Eric continues to enhance customer experiences, leveraging his industry knowledge to foster innovation and business success. His leadership ensures a seamless and rewarding journey for every customer, driving retention and satisfaction at every step.

Joyce Medina Parker brings more than 15 years of experience in project management, operational strategy, facility maintenance, construction, and fuel retail operations.
She has led multimillion dollar initiatives across more than 1,600 locations nationwide, with experience in capital projects, vendor strategy, systems implementation, process improvement, and cross functional program leadership.
Known for connecting strategy with execution, Joyce helps organizations improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, and deliver measurable operational results.

With over 11 years of experience in the fueling industry, Michelle Levin is a trusted expert in Environmental Compliance Management. Known for her meticulous oversight and white-glove service, she helps clients navigate complex regulatory requirements with ease, managing everything from testing deadlines to environmental reporting.
Michelle’s deep knowledge of state-specific regulations across the U.S. ensures her clients achieve and maintain compliance while protecting operational integrity. Her proactive approach and tailored solutions empower clients to meet industry standards and thrive in a highly regulated environment.

With over a decade of experience at JMM Global, Mark developed a deep understanding of client needs and operational excellence as a Customer Success Manager. He played a key role in strengthening long-term client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and contributing to the company’s expansion in the fueling and compliance sector.
Following JMM Global's acquisition by Titan Cloud Software in 2019, Mark continued to play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity and client trust throughout the transition.
